Modern Dental at Flying Horse offers both take-home and in-office whitening treatments to fit your busy schedule. Choose our in-office option if you’re looking for faster results or our take-home option if you’d like to whiten at your own pace. Our in-office treatment only requires a single visit, and our take-home treatment includes your very own custom bleaching trays that fit your mouth perfectly.

Bright Rewards Take-Home Tray Whitening
Our take-home teeth whitening treatment is part of our Bright Rewards program. Bright Rewards is FREE when you choose in-office whitening, or it can be purchased through a one-time enrollment fee of $99.
Bright Rewards Breakdown
First, you’ll be fitted for your custom teeth whitening tray. You will also receive two tubes of whitening gel (a $200 value). Then you will:
- Take the trays home and wear them every day—either twice a day for 30 minutes each or once a day for 45 minutes.
- Begin to see a difference in as little as 5 days. Typically, the treatment takes 2-8 weeks to complete.
- Get a FREE new tube of whitening gel (a $40 value) when you visit us every 6 months for a cleaning.
